As you know, the Italian coachbuilder Pininfarina has unveiled in Geneva the new Sergio Concept. According to the Italian chief executive, their latest concept could enter limited production.

Silvio Angori, the Pininfarina CEO, told Automotive News Europe that the new Sergio Concept could be made in five to six units and each one of them will be priced at 3 million Euros.

The Pinifarina Sergio Concept is built on top of the Ferrari 458 Spider and has the same exact 570 horsepower engine and DCT transmission.

As you know, because of the lack of a windshield, Pininfarina’s designers inserted a wing in the front bumper to improve aerodynamics.

Also, thanks to the reduction in the size of the doors, which now rotate in a 45-degree angle, the body’s torsion stiffness exceeds that of the original spider.
