We all know how enthusiastic can cameramen get sometimes in their search for exciting news. What makes this video interesting is the fact that this particular cameraman becomes the news as he gets to close to the action during the Clio Cup race at Val de Vienne. The German tuning shop has released details with their VATH Mercedes E63 AMG Estate, and this might be the last custom car based on the current E63 AMG sports wagon you’ll see as the new version should replace it anytime soon. Volvo XC60 R-Design
The Volvo XC60 R-Design was introduced today, a vehicle that comes with improved appearance and a sporty chassis. The company says they will premiere the Volvo XC60 R-Design at this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show and some of it’s exterior elements will include a front grille, front fog lamp and door mirror casings in silk metal finish, aluminium look side sills, chrome plated rear skid plate as well as stainless steel tailpipes. Peugeot 407 Coupe gets HDi Diesel engines
The French automaker announced the introduction of two new HDi Diesel engines that can now equip the Peugeot 407 Coupe. The new engines will make sure that today’s demands are met, offering more power as well as reduced fuel consumption for the model that was launched in 2005. So the new engines available for the Peugeot 407 Coupe are : a 3.0-litre V6 HDi PEF that is able to develop 241 hp (177 kW) at 3,800 rpm and 450 Nm of torque from 1,600 to 3,600 rpm, and a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder HDi PEF that outputs 163 hp (120 kW) at 3,750 rpm and 340 Nm of torque between 2,000 and 3,000 rpm. MINI Cooper 1.5 million units produced
BMW AG announced that a new milestone has been achieved as the company’s production of MINI Cooper models has reached the 1.5 million units mark. The 1.5 millionth MINI Cooper which is a MINI Clubman in Chili red rolled off the assembly line at the plant in Oxford and current reports show that this unique vehicle is sold in 80 countries with the most recent market launch in Brazil. Besides the Clubman version the plant in Oxford is also producing the MINI and MINI Convertible as well as the sportier MINI JCW, JCW Clubman and JCW Convertible models.
