BMW 6 Series MR 600 GT
German tuning shop CLP, has launched a new body kit designed to fit the BMW 6 Series, named the MR 600 GT.
The BMW 6 Series MR 600 GT kit costs 5,990 Euro and it includes a wide front bumper, two front wings, two rear fender flares, new side skirts, a redesigned rear apron plus a new tailgate spoiler for an additional 399 Euro.
As you can imagine this list of body modifications performed on the BMW 6 Series MR 600 GT required a new set of rims as well, so the tuner is offering 22 inch 3-part alloys wrapped in high-performance tires that cost 8960 Euro per set.
2011 Kawasaki Z1000 video
The first official video ad for the 2011 Kawasaki Z1000 has surfaced the Internet, and we know the footage is creepy and all but in the end it just leaves us wanting to ride one of these bikes.
The 2011 Kawasaki Z1000 uses a 1043 cc inline 4-cylinder powerplant developing 128 bhp and some of its features include an adjustable windscreen, ABS, a lightweight aluminum frame, a fully adjustable inverted front fork and tilting digital instrument panel.
The 2011 Kawasaki Z1000 also comes with radial-mounted 4-piston front brake calipers with 300mm discs for superior stopping power and an exhaust system with a 4-into-2-pre-chamber-into-2 layout.
2011 Mazda BT-50 pickup unveiled
Another pick-up truck unveiled today which just like the 2011 Ford Ranger, will not be sold in the US. This time we’re talking about the 2011 Mazda BT-50 that debuted at the Australian International auto Show in Sydney.
Mazda says the BT-50 pick-up represents a realistic alternative to the family wagon and 4×4 SUV, unfortunately we still have to wait for technical details and performance figures to get released.
As far as design the 2011 Mazda BT-50 features the company’s ‘family face’ with a 5-point grille, boomerang shaped headlights, a chrome crossbar forming a large pentagon and taillights that stretch horizontally.
2012 Ford Ranger unveiled
The Blue Oval has unveiled the 2012 Ford Ranger today, released full photos and details with the company’s new pickup truck.
Expected to arrive on the European market in 2012 the new Ford Ranger is more powerful wull be available in three different cab body styles, with 4×2 and 4×4 drivetrains, two ride heights and four series choices.
2011 BMW X3 price
US pricing for the new 2011 BMW X3 which will arrive in dealerships across the nation by the end of 2010 has been announced.
The 2011 BMW X3 price starts at 37,625 USD for the base version which is the xDrive28i that packs 240 HP. For the turbocharged xDrive35i version producing 300 HP, the 2011 BMW X3 price begins at 41,925 USD, and both figures include the 875 USD destination and handling fee.
Ducati Diavel
The Italian motorcycle manufacturer has published a single fhoto with the Ducati Diavel which is going to be revealed to the public at the EICMA International Motorcycle Show in Milan at the beginning of next month.
The Ducati Diavel is just another word for ‘devil’ in the local Bolognese dialect, which was born from one man’s exclamation after seeing the bike’s silhouette.
2013 Lotus Esprit new photos
Besides revealing the first shots featuring the 2014 Lotus Elite with its roof down, the Independent British car maker has also published new photos with the 2013 Lotus Esprit, 2015 Lotus Elise, Lotus Elan and Lotus Eterne.
Some of the photos were taken taken at the Paris Motor Show, where the five new models have made a big impression.
The most capable out of all these new models is the 2013 Lotus Esprit, which packs 620 HP and 720 Nm of torque, thanks to 5.0-litre V8 that spins the rear wheels via a 7-speed dual clutch semi-auto transmission.
FAB Design Mercedes SLS AMG
The tuners from FAB Design have applied their individuality formula on the Mercedes SLS AMG.
Starting with the front it is impossible not to notice the large air intakes placed under the headlights, with vertically positioned LEDs and the new spoiler lip. Also part of the FAB Design Mercedes SLS AMG conversion are the new carbon fiber side skirts, the new rear spoiler plus the 3-part, 20 inch Evoline wheels.
2011 Volkswagen Passat detailed
The German company has just released detailed information regarding the 2011 Volkswagen Passat along with a new set of photos of both the saloon and estate versions.
The 2011 Volkswagen Passat is the 7th generation Passat, this time designed by Walter de Silva and expected to hit dealerships across Europe towards the end of November 2010.
With cargo capacity of 565 litres in the saloon, (603 litres in the Estate / 1,731 litres with the rear seats folded), the 2011 Volkswagen Passat will be offered as standard with front-wheel-drive, while the 4MOTION, all-wheel-drive version is available as an option.
Lotus Elite Roadster
The British car maker is continuing to surprise us, this time by revealing photos with the Lotus Elite Roadster (this time with its roof down), which will go on sale in 2014 and will take on competitors like the Aston Martin DB9 Volante and Ferrari California.
Powered by a 5.0-litre V8 developing 620 PS the Lotus Elite Roadster will take around 3.7 seconds to hit 62 mph, while top speed is close to 200 mph (195 mph to be exact).
