GMC Sierra All Terrain HD new photos
GM has unveiled new photos with its Detroit Motor Show bound GMC Sierra All Terrain HD Concept. Unlike the previous images, this new set of photos are also offering a view of the interior which as you can notice, features higher quality materials than the standard 2011 Sierra HD.
The GMC Sierra All Terrain HD is equipped with a 6.6-litre Duramax turbodiesel V8 plant which outputs 397 horsepower and 765 lb.-ft. of torque, and a six-speed Allison 100 transmission is responsible for putting power to the ground.
Superchips Ford Kuga 2.0 TDCi
Superchips is announcing a new performance ECU remap, this time available for the Ford Kuga 2.0 TDCi, which can also be applied to the latest versions Ford Galaxy, Mondeo and S-Max.
The Superchips Ford Kuga 2.0 TDCi increases power coming from the 1995cc 16-valve turbo diesel engine, which packs 163 PS as standard, by 22 bhp @ 3,301 rpm and 89 Nm (65 lb-ft) of torque. This power upgrade was made by optimizing the car’s Delphi DCM3.5 ECU, and as the tuner says, fuel consumption may even decrease, due to the extra low rev torque available to the driver.
Peugeot 508 price
The French car maker has put a price tag on the 2011 Peugeot 508 which will begin selling on UK’s market starting from April 2011.
Available as a saloon or a station wagon, the 2011 Peugeot 508 will be offered with five trim levels (Access, SR, Active, Allure and GT) with the range opener being the 1.6 VTi 120 ECG packing 120 bhp and 117 lb-ft of torque.
The most powerful version 2011 Peugeot 508 will be the GT which uses the automaker’s 2.0 HDI plant to generate 204 bhp and 338 lb-ft of torque.
2011 Chrysler 300 price
The North American automaker has just published full details along with additional photos with the 2011 Chrysler 300, plus it also announced pricing for their new sedan which is now available for ordering.
The 2011 Chrysler 300 price will start at 27,995 USD for the standard version which comes fitted with a 3.6-litre Pentastar V6 engine under the hood, capable of developing 292 HP (218 kW), and 260 ft-lb (353 Nm) of torque which is also 8 percent more efficient in terms of consumption. Power in this case it put to the ground via a 5-speed automatic transmission.
Nintendo inspired Scion xB
This Nintendo inspired Scion xB is being showcased these days at the Zen Garage exhibition in Los Angeles, and if you check ot the video below, you’ll see Eric Nakamura present its video game like features.
Just to mention a few of them, the Nintendo inspired Scion xB has a NES cart replacing the traditional key, an arcade button serving as a push button start, a projector in the left headlights and one at the rear, plus door handles replaced by push buttons which make individual sounds when the doors pop open.
2012 Mercedes C Class Coupe spy video
In a new spy video that has just surfaced the intertube, we get to see the upcoming 2012 Mercedes C Class Coupe sitting in a large hall next to other Mercedes models, like the GLK, the SLS AMG and the E63 AMG, while barely covered in camouflage.
The 2012 Mercedes C Class Coupe is most likely awaiting its public debut at the Detroit Motor Show which is due to begin on January 10, so stay tuned for complete specifications and photos with the new model.
Audi A9 info
According to recent info that appeared on the British media, the Ingolstadt based automaker Audi is considering introducing a four door coupe called the A9 as a competitor for the Porsche Panamera, Mercedes CL and the upcoming 2012 BMW GranCoupe.
This coupe like saloon called the Audi A9 would represent a sportier version of the A8 and will sit at the top of the automaker’s lineup.
Video: Ferrari 4/5 by Pininfarina testing
The latest video involving the Ferrari 4/5 by Pininfarina is from France were the Italian prototype was spotted testing at high speed on track.
The Enzo based Ferrari 4/5 by Pininfarina features a 6.0-litre V12 engine under its skin, which is able to develop 660 HP (485 kW) @ 7,800 rpm and 657 Nm (484 lb-ft) of torque @ 5,500 rpm, figures that enable it to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 3.55 seconds and hit a top speed of 225 mph (362 Km/h).
Pagani C9 second teaser video
After the first clip which showed a scale model of the C9, the next generation Pagani Zonda has been teased again through a second video which this time offers short glimpses of the interior.
Even though we are not able to distinguish too much, this second Pagani C9 teaser video offers enough so we can understand that quality and craftsmanship in the upcoming Italian hypercar has went up, and we have to admit we are getting excited for the full unveiling of the new Huayra.
Anderson Germany Audi Q7 V12 TDI
The tuners from Anderson Germany decided to turn the Audi Q7 V12 TDI into a ‘family suited’ SUV, so they fitted it with a series of custom components, gave it more power and added a sporty child seat on the back seat.
So starting with the exterior, the Anderson Germany Audi Q7 V12 TDI features a carbon package that includes front and back diffusers, the bordergrill, mirror casings and roof drip moldings, plus various elements painted in shiny black lacquer. These include the grill and logos, the exhaust and the 22 inch alloys plus the taillights have also been darkened.
