The automotive industry gives birth to various rumors from time to time, and the latest one refers to Opel and its British arm Vauxhall who are stepping forward into creating a competitor for the VW Tiguan and Ford Kuga.
We’re talking about the Opel Astra SUV which has already been spotted wearing camouflage by spy photographers, and which takes the appearance of a small 4×4.
The Opel Astra SUV will most likely borrow various styling cues from the Insignia, both at the exterior and interior, while its stretched Astra platform will obviously mean more legroom, combined with the versatility of a 4WD model.
According to the same source, the Opel Astra SUV will go on sale in two years.
