Back in 2021, Nissan unveiled the Ambition 2030 plan. This was the name used by the Japanese car manufacturer to point its future electrified plans.

But the market has been in a constant modifications, and as a result, Nissan modified the Ambition 2030. Now, we have the new plans.

According to the Japanese manufacturer, until 2030, it will launch 27 new electrified cars. 19 of them will be completly electric ones. Also, Nissan has modified the sales forecasts.

In Europe, by 2026, electrified vehicles should account for up to 98 percent of the company’s sales. In the US, the target was set for 40 percent, while in China, the forecasts sais 35 percent.

In order to persuade the Chinese people, Nissan will develop a China-only electric car, while in Europe, the Japanese manufacturer will continue to work close with Renault.
