Mini has published some teaser pictures with the upcoming Countryman. The new SUV will soon be launched, and in order to keep the fans happy, the British marquee has decided to show us some pictures with the camouflaged prototypes.

According to Mini, the new generation Countryman will be assemble entirely in Germany at the BMW’s Leipzig plant. This is the same factory that currently assambles the BMW 1 Series, 2 Series Gran Coupé, and 2 Series Active Tourer.

More than that, the new generation Mini Countryman will be available as an electric car.

Ford now, Mini doesn’t release technical information about the new generation of its SUV. According to some rumors, the electric version will use the same components as the BMW iX. The German SUV has two electric motors which can deliver 313 HP and 494 Nm. The battery pack measures 64.7 kWh and is good for 438 kilometres of range with one charge.
