The Mercedes W02 which is the Formula 1 car to be used by Michael Schumacher and Nico Rosberg in the 2011 season will be officially unveiled tomorrow, February 1st.
Until then we have a single image that shows the Mercedes W02 thanks to which you will be able to spot some of the changers that were imposed due to the new regulations. These include the car’s new ‘nose’ which is positioned higher, plus the airbox features a more traditional design.
As you can see, the Mercedes W02 2011 F1 car also features new light green shades, which were demanded by its main sponsor – Petronas and when speaking about their latest creation, Ross Brawn said "Last year I had to refuse some interesting proposals by my engineers.
The new car is different. We are now better organized. The engineers
have done a very good job, I am satisfied. "
