Mercedes tries to promote its range of models by highlighting the transfer of F1 cars technology to road vehicles.
The German car used for this commercial is the Mercedes S500 Plug-in Hybrid, a car that uses a twin turbo 3.0 liter V6 petrol engine together with an electric unit to produce a total amount of 435 hp and 650 Nm of torque. The resources ensure a 5.2 seconds sprint from 0 to 100 km/h and an average fuel consumption of just 2.9 liter/100 km.
To promote the new car and the F1 technology, Mercedes also uses its two F1 drivers: Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg.
