The Mazda AZ-Wagon XS Special was revealed today and it represents a special edition model destined for the Japanese market. Also starting from today the Mazda AZ-Wagon XS Special is available in the Mazda dealers in Japan at a price that starts at 1197000 Yen or aproximatley 12,185 USD.
The XS Special is based on the Mazda AZ-Wagon XS micro-mini and features body colored mirrors, LED turning lights,an automatic climate control with allergenic air filter, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and various other small improvements.
The Mazda AZ-Wagon XS Special comes with a choice of five body colors which are the Pearl White, Silky Silver Metallic, Bluish Black Pearl 3, Luna Gray Pearl Metallic, and Mysterious Violet Pearl.

HIROSHIMA, Japan—Mazda Motor Corporation has announced the launch of the special edition Mazda AZ-Wagon XS Special. The exclusive micro-mini wagon goes on sale today at all Mazda Autozam, Mazda and Mazda Anfini dealers throughout Japan.
Based on Mazda’s popular AZ-Wagon XS micro-mini, the new XS Special offers enhanced interior and exterior quality and comfort through new features which include colored door mirrors with LED turn signals, a fully automatic climate control system; and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. The XS Special is also available with a continuously variable transmission (CVT) that provides lively acceleration and improved fuel economy. All front-wheel drive (FWD) models qualify for Japan’s eco-car tax reduction program.
