The latest sports car that arrived in Jay Leno’s garage for a test drive, is the fighter jet inspired Lamborghini Reventon which was first seen at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2007, and for which production was limited to 20 exemplars.
The Lamborghini Reventon uses a 6.5-litre V12 that unleashes 650 horsepower @ 8,000 rpm and 487 lb-ft of torque @ 6,000 rpm which get channeled to all four wheels via a six speed manual transmission.
Accelerating from nought to 60 mph in the Lamborghini Reventon takes only 3.3 seconds while the maximum speed that can be reached is 211 mph. Of-course you won’t bee seeing Jay Leno pushing this Reventon to the extreme, as the car belongs to a private owner.
