Th Kia Venga EV Concept is being exhibited at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show and it represents the Korean automaker’s first all-electric plug-in vehicle.
The Kia Venga EV Concept features an electric motor that develops 80 kW and 280 Nm of torque and a twin pack 24 kWh Li-Ion battery pack.
The electric motor enables the Kia Venga EV Concept to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in 11.8 seconds and reach a maximum speed of 87 mph, while the battery pack offers a driving range of 112 miles on a single charge.
This electric powertrain system powering the The Kia Venga EV Concept is located in the engine bay area, while the battery pack in under the floor.
