This is the Irmscher Opel Astra i1600 which was presented by the German tuner at this year’s Tuning World Bodensee.
Under the bonnet the car’s 1.6-litre turbocharged engine received a remapped ECU which enables the Irmscher Opel Astra i1600 to develop 200 horses (150 kW) and 295 Nm of torque, instead of 181 HP (133 kW) ans 230 Nm like the stock model.
The exterior matches the car’s boosted performance as the Irmscher Opel Astra i1600 received a set of black decals which are in contrast with the red body finish, new spoilers, side skirts, a rear roof spoiler, plus a new diffuser that integrates the new exhaust pipes.
The Irmscher Opel Astra i1600 sits on 18 or 20 inch custom alloy wheels wrapped in performance tires and the vehicle’s height has also been lowered by 30 mm.
