Official images with the Infiniti LE pure-electric concept have popped up online ahead of its debut at the 2012 New York Auto Show.
The LE Concept represents a preview for a production model that should arrive by 2014, and at this moment we can only state the obvious, meaning that we are talking about a compact 40door sedan shaped in accordance with Infiniti’s latest design principles.
Detailed information regarding this new vehicle should be released by the Japanese brand later today, but various sources are already mentioning that the LE Concept is most probably going to feature a similar powertrain as the one inside the Nissan LEAF, which means two electric motors generating a combined 108 HP and 280 Nm of torque.
Stay tuned and we will find out if that’s the case in a couple of hours.
