Back in 2019, Hyundai unveiled the RM19 race track model. It was designed as a new generation of future motorsport cars for the Asian car manufacturer.

The car had a petrol engine centrally mounted and an aggressive exterior.

Today, the guys from Hyundai unveiled the RM20e. The car is basically an electric variant of the RM19. It uses an electric motor centrally mounted that can deliver 810 horsepower and 960 Nm peak of torque.

Thanks to this remarkable power, the car will be able to run from not to 100 km/h in less than 3 seconds, while the run from not to 200 km/h is doable in 9.88 seconds.

And these are all the details we know until now. Also, the car was designed with the help of Rimac specialists and it will be upgraded in the coming months. The Hyundai N engineers will learn from the upcoming tests and they will use the info in order to develop the next Hyundai electric car for the race track.
