Famous Porsche tuner Gemballa, well know for turning Stuttgart manufactured sports cars into extreme machines has decided to take on a new challenge. With only 25 units to be built, this challenge is named the Gemballa MIG-U1 and it is based on the Ferrari Enzo.
The Gemballa MIG-U1 Ferrari Enzo features an extensive list of modifications with entirely re-engineered aerodynamics, a customized high-end interior and an optimized powerplant to match the individual character of the car.
So the carbon fiber components at the exterior include a front spoiler lip and skirt, newly designed rear spoiler with a flap in the middle, over the door extensions to the diffuser, roof and door air-vents and outlets behind the wheel. Various other unique elements have been fitted on the Gemballa MIG-U1 Ferrari Enzo along with a set of GEMBALLA GTR RACING forged wheels and a four-pipe exhaust system with pneumatic flap control.
Due to a new engine management system the 12 cylinder unit powering the Gemballa MIG-U1 Ferrari Enzo is now able to output 700 horsepower (515 kW) and it would of been interesting to see some performance figures for this monster.
Inside the Gemballa MIG-U1 Ferrari Enzo the tuner combines functionality with comfort by adding special design seats, a sports steering wheel, a custom made center console as well as a high-end multimedia system.
In everyday use the Gemballa MIG-U1 Ferrari Enzo can avoid speed bumps or obstacles thanks to its optional electro-hydraulic height-adjustment (HLS) system that lifts the car’s body by 45 millimeters at the front and back.
