The Fisker Ocean electric SUV was officially unveiled back in 2020 during the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. It is already available for reservations and it will be sold in some European markets.

But Henrik Fisker has confirmed on Twitter that the Ocean will also have a performance version. We knew about this one, but now there are some new details about it.

According to the company’s boss, the performance version will be named Ocean Extreme and it will have dual motors with a combined power output of over 400 kW, which means 545 horsepower.

We don’t know if the Ocean Extreme will be available right from the start of the deliveries, but we can tell you for sure that Fisker managed to sign a manufacturing deal with Magna. The Austrian company will start building the SUV in 2022 and the first deliveries are scheduled for the fourth quarter of next year.
