A new set of photos with the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano HGTE Sport Package was released today by the Italian auto maker. Officially introduced at Geneva’s Motor Show in March the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano HGTE Sport Package is basically a performance factory kit for the standard GTB Fiorano model, that aims at improving handling and driver’s emotion behind the wheel.
Even though there are no major differences when compared to the standard version, some of the sportier elements on the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano HGTE Sport Package include a new discretely redesigned front grille, 20-inch light alloy wheels wrapped in stickyer tyres, new exhaust pipes and a lowered ride-height. As for interior changes there are the new race seats and various carbon fiber inserts.
Technical details regarding the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano HGTE Sport Package reveal that its 12-cylinder 6.0-litre engine can develop a maximum 620 horsepower at 7600 rpm giving the Italian supercar the ability to accelerate from 0 to 100 Km/h in 3.7 seconds and reach a top seed of 330 km/h. Of course none of these figures could have been achieved without the ultra-fast F1 style gearbox that allowas gear shifts in 100 milliseconds.
