The Dieselgate scandal is headed to a movie theater. Paramount Pictures and Leonardo DiCaprio’s Appian Way Productions have buy the movie rights to an upcoming book that will be based on the German scandal.

According to our colleagues from Reuters, the book will be written by Jack Ewing, a New York Time journalist and will explain how the Volkswagen Group managed to cheat on us and how "more, better, faster" philosophy lead to the emissions scandal.

As you may have read, we don’t know who to blame for Dieselgate and this means that the book is a ways off. For short, we should not expect to see the movie in the theaters anytime soon but it is nice to know that the Hollywood people is interested in this emission scandal.
