Brabus has rushed to create one of the first individualization programs for the new 2012 Mercedes ML.  Their creation, which debuted at the Essen Motor Show in Germany this week is not about braking any records in terms of power, but about offering exclusivity and increased performance within the Euro VI standards.
The exterior which is both sporty and elegant has received a few aerodynamic enhancements plus the tuner has fitted the car with a set of Monoblock wheels measuring 22 inches in diameter and a stainless steel sport exhaust system for a more unique sound.
On the inside BRABUS can provide an all-leather treatment for the 2012 Mercedes ML, in any desired colour, while in terms of performance, the German tuners have addressed the V6 common-rail turbodiesel engine inside the ML 350 BlueTEC 4MATIC to which they applied the ECO PowerXtra D6S performance kit.
Thanks to this kit the BRABUS 2012 Mercedes ML 350 BlueTEC 4MATIC will deliver 306 HP (301 bhp / 225 kW) and 690 Nm (509 lb-ft) of torque instead of 258 HP (254 bhp / 190 kW) and 620 Nm (457 lb-ft) and it will have quicker 0 to 100 Km/h (62 mph) acceleration times of 6.0 seconds and a new top speed of 229 Km/h (142 mph).
In case you are wondering, this tuned model is 1.4 seconds faster than the stock version.
Apart from everything we mentioned above the BRABUS 2012 Mercedes ML can also be fitted with a set of sport springs (- 30 mm / 1.2 inches) when we’re talking about vehicles with a conventional steel suspension, and a custom control module that lowers the ride height by 30 to 40 mm (1.2 – 1.6 inches) for M Class models featuring the AIRMATIC air suspension.
A set of high-performance brakes with 6-piston aluminum calipers with vented and cross-drilled discs
measuring 405 x 34 millimeters (16 x 1.3 inches) at the front  together with 4-piston calipers and 380 x 28
mm (15 x 1.1 inches) discs on the rear axle are also part of BRABUS’s treatment for the new Mercedes ML.
