BMW is working on a bigger SUV. We might have a guess and say it will be named X8, but until the official details are in, don’t count on that moniker.

But another interesting fact has happened. The guys from BMW have announced that a new BMW M hybrid SUV will be launched on November 29.

Speakin with CNBC in late August, Oliver Zipse, chairman of BMW, said it will be a “high-end car” due to be built in Spartanburg.

The new SUV willbe shown during a private event on November 17 and it will be a “all-new high-powered, hybrid-electric vehicle”. After that, the public will see it (as I already said, November 29).

We don’t know for sure if this new model is about to be an M only affair, but it will be big. How big? Probably slightly larger than the current X7 (pictured here). With all the details we will come up after the unveiling.
