A few weeks ago, Mercedes-Benz unveiled the all-new E-Class sedan. Now it is time to say Hello! to the break version of the model.

The new E-Class Estate is codenamed S214 and comes with some space improvements compared to the old one. The wheelbase has been stretched by 22 millimeters (0.86 inches) to 2961 mm (116.57 in) for additional legroom while the width has increased by 28 mm (1.1 in) to 1880 mm (74 in) for greater elbow room. Length is up by 4 mm (0.15 in) to 4949 mm (194.84 in) and height has slightly increased by 1 mm (0.04 in) to 1469 mm (57.83 in).

There won’t be a third row seat version, which means the trunk will be able to swallow 615 liters with the rear seats mounted. If you decide to lower them down, the volume goes up to 1,830 liters.

Standard, the E-Class Estate will have a rear air suspension, but customers can pick the optional two-axle Airmatic.

In the engine side, customers from Europe will get some diesel variant, some petrol ones and, of course, plug-in hybrids. The base unit will deliver 197 horsepower, while the top of the range will have 312 horsepower.

Latter, Mercedes will add a diesel powered plug-in hybrid and an AMG version.
