Volkswagen has officially unveiled a few sketches with the upcoming 2016 Volkswagen Amarok facelift. The upcoming model is described as a premium pickup and it will be offered with a stylish design and with more high-end gadgets. 

The front part is now reworked and has a new grille, revised headlamps and redesigned wheels. Inside the cabin, the new 2016 Volkswagen Amarok facelift will come with a new infotainment system and with modified accessories.

Under the hood, the 2016 Volkswagen Amarok facelift will be offered with the revised 2.0 liter diesel engine. We are talking about the 150 horsepower and 190 horsepower versions. The engine can be matted either to a six speed manual gearbox or to an eight speed automatic transmission. Last, but not least is the possibility to order the all-wheel-drive 4MOTION system.

A full reveal of the 2016 Volkswagen Amarok facelift is scheduled to take place in the next few weeks before going on sale in the second half of the year.
