Mitsubishi has announced the pricing for the new 2014 Outlander, arriving in dealerships June 2013.

The all-new 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander (ES trim level) will have a starting price of only $22,995 and is expected to be one of the most fuel-efficient CUVs with standard 7-passenger seating in the North American marketplace with a manufacturer-estimated 31 mpg highway (ES and SE FWD models; pending EPA fuel mileage rating).

The 2014 Outlander’s new steel construction reduces the vehicle’s weight by more than 200 pounds and reduces aerodynamic drag by 7% compared to the previous-generation model.

These improvements combined with a 2.4L 4-cylinder engine equipped with a new smart MIVEC system mated to a standard Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) and new ECO-mode contributes to the 2014 Outlander’s enhanced efficiency.
