The German car manufacturer Mercedes-Benz has unveiled a special edition for the 2013 SLK 200. The special version is called Radar Safety Edition and it will be available only in Japan. 

The 2013 Mercedes-Benz SLK 200 Radar Safety Edition is painted in Polar White and comes with Magic Sky Control panoramic roof. The car also has an AMG sport package that includes new front bumper, modified side skirts and an air diffuser. More than that, the package adds AMG brake calipers and 18 inch alloy special wheels.

Inside the cabin, the customers will get Bengal Red Nappa leather upholstery and solar red ambient lighting. As you probably figured out the car is featuring the Radar Safety Package. It adds Distronic Plus, Brake Assist Plus, Blind Spot Assist and Lane Keeping Assist.

Under the hood, the 2013 Mercedes-Benz SLK 200 Radar Safety Edition is coming with a 1.8 liter turbocharged unit that can deliver 184 horsepower and 270 Nm peek of torque. 

According to the German manufacturer, the car will be produced in only 100 units with a price tag of 47.960 Euros.
