GM has put a price tag on the 2013 Cadillac ATS, the compact luxury sports sedan that will compete against German models such as the BME 3 Series, the Mercedes C Class or the Audi A4.
The new ATS will start at 33,990 USD for the version equipped with the company’s naturally aspirated 2.5-liter rated at 200 HP and255 Nm that is expected to return 30 mpg on the highway and will reach 35,795 USD for the model fitted with a 2.0L turbocharged engine that outputs 270 HP and 353 Nm of torque.
The 2.0L version will come with automatic and manual transmission options and a choice between rear- or all-wheel-drive.
As for the range topping 3.6L V-6 variant Cadillac ATS, in this case we are talking about a 42,090 USD premium which customers will want to pay in order to get this 320 horsepower engine that will use an automatic gearbox as standard and which is expected to enable 0 to 60 mph sprint times of "well bellow six seconds".
The range topping ATS comes with the CUE infotainment system, leather 8-way power seats with memory, remote start and many other features, and is also going to be available with all-wheel drive.
