The first official video with the 2012 BMW M5 has popped up on the automaker’s YouTube channel yesterday. Even though we would’ve liked to see more action packed scenes with the new 560 HP M5, we are still able to understand just how brutal this performance sedan will be on public roads, and not only.
The footage emphasizes on the BMW M5’s split personality, by showing the car move slowly at first, and then the 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 from under the bonnet becomes way more aggressive in an instant, by revving close to 8,000 rpm.
We also get a peak at the 2012 BMW M5’s new head-up display system, which on versions equipped with the optional M Driver’s Package, will be able to indicate a top speed of no less than 305 Km/h.
BMW has filmed the new M5 at the Ascari Resort in southern Spain, and we don’t know about you but this video alone has let us wanting one.
