Volvo has officially unveiled the 2016 Volvo V40 facelift. The model will be exhibited during the 2016 Geneva Motor Show. 

The 2016 Volvo V40 facelift comes with a revised front part. The car features the new Thor’s Hammer LED headlights as seen in the XC90, a new radiator grille and a modified spoiler. The facelift also brings an updated Volvo logo and five new body paints: Amazon Blue, Denim Blue, Bursting Blue, Mussel Blue, and Luminous Sand.

Inside the cabin, the 2016 Volvo V40 facelift will gain the City Wave upholstery and will be offered in new trims. There is also a black headliner and also a Volvo revised logo. More than that, the On Call app has been updated and the Clean Zone technology has been implemented.

Under the bonnet there is one major change. The 2.0 liter D2 diesel engine was revised to deliver 89 grams of CO2 per kilometer. With all the details we will come back after the official unveiling in Geneva.
