Volkswagen has unveiled today the all-new fictional GTI Roadster Gran Turismo which will be shown in flesh and metal at Worthersee festival.

The new German concept is featuring an open-air cabin and it is described as a supercar with a very aggressive styling approach. Under the hood of the 2014 Volkswagen GTI Roadster Vision Gran Turismo is a twin-turbo VR6 TSI 3.0 liter unit rated at 503 horsepower and 665 Nm peak of torque.

The engine resources are put to the ground via a 4MOTION all-wheel drive system and thanks to a seven speed DSG transmission.

On the outside, we see generous 20 inch alloy wheels wrapped in performance tires which are hiding vented discs measuring 15 inches at the front and 14 inches at the back.
