Here are some more leaked photos with brochure shots featuring the
standard Toyota FT-86. In this case the car does not feature sportier
looking body parts, like the one’s we’ve seen one the previously set of leaked images from Modellista, but plain ‘production-ready’ bumpers and alloys.
This
time the Toyota FT-86 coupe is wearing a red exterior coating and
thanks to these new images we also notice that the factory will allow a
certain level of customisation, through elements like vent ornaments and
diffusers that come in various styles.
Overall the car looks
good but we do have a few questions to ask – like why does the
production version seem to have lost the LED accents from its headlights
and also why did Toyota choose an old-fashioned whip antenna instead of a
shark fin?
We’ll be back with more info on the Toyota FT-86 once
the new coupe premiers in Tokyo in December, that is of course unless
more details and photo won’t get spilled online before its actual debut.
