Toyota has unveiled a pair of official photos with the 2012 Yaris, previewing both the exterior and interior of their next generation compact car.
Based on the automaker’s claims, the 2012 Toyota Yaris will be ‘compact outside and spacious inside’ and will offer affordable multimedia connectivity through the new Touch & Go system which contains a 6.1-inch touch screen display that will fitted as standard on 95 percent of sales.
The engine lineup for the 2012 Toyota Yaris will contain three eco-friendly choices, and these are represented by two petrol VVT-i plants with a capacity of 1.0-litre and 1.33-litre respectively, plus a 1.4-litre D-4D diesel. 
The exact performance figures and emission levels remain unknown at this point.
Production for the 2012 Toyota Yaris will take place at the Valenciennes plant in France, and the automaker specified that this new generation uses higher quality materials, and a more driver-focused cockpit.
