We saw it for the first time in Geneva Motor Show, at the begining of March and now is redy to reach the UK showrooms. The all new Ssangyong Tivoli XLV is another body version of the small crossover, offering an impressive boot, comparable to that found on big SUV`s.

Sharing the same platform and 2,600 mm wheelbase as the Tivoli, the XLV features a lengthened body from behind the C pillar, an increase of 238 mm over the standard car, expanding the load capacity to a huge 720 cubic litres of space.

Thats why Tivoli is a family car for lugging baby buggies and cots for small children, bikes and golf clubs for the sports-minded, and materials or business equipment during the working week.

Tivoli XLV is offered with a Euro 6 compliant 1.6 litre diesel engine, and matched with the option of a 6-speed manual transmission or 6-speed Aisin automatic, two-wheel drive or 4×4. The newly developed 1.6 litre e-XDi160 Euro 6 diesel engine produces 115 hp/3,400-4,000 rpm max power with 300 Nm/1,500-2,500 rpm.

The Tivoli XLV features digital-dual zone automatic air conditioning, an infotainment system with RDS radio, 7 inch high-resolution touch screen, USB/AUX port, iPod & Bluetooth connectivity, Tom-Tom navigation and rear view camera.  There is cruise control, parking sensors front and rear, rain sensing wipers, automatic headlight activation and stylish roof rails.

The new Ssangyong Tivoli XLV will go on sale starting this summer with prices to be announced at a later date.
