Renault has created two limited edition models especially for the UK, which are based on the Clio RS 200 and the Twingo RS 133 and to which it attached the Sliverstone GP badge along with a series extra equipment.
Both models will be limited to 50 exemplars and celebrate the manufacturer’s ‘existing relationship’ with UK’s famous Silverstone circuit.
The Renault Clio RS 200 and Twingo RS 133 Silverstone GP edition sit on the lowered Cup Chassis and feature a silver metallic paint and a number of ‘Deep Black’ element like the 17 inch alloys, the roof, door handles and mirrors. There are also extra darkened rear windows and the Silverstone GP logo on the B-pillars, plus the Twingo also received a black rear spoiler and fog light surrounds.
The Renault Twingo RS 133 Silverstone GP gains an all new stainless steel exhaust system while at the interior both cars feature a limited edition numbered plaque, an onboard performance tracking system and black carpets. The Clio also gets Recaros seats, Bluetooth and a portable multi player adapter.
Pricing for the Renault Clio RS 200 and Twingo RS 133 Silverstone GP starts at19,995 GBP and 14,995 GBP respectively, with sales starting today, July 1st, 2011
