Ram has officially unveiled at the 2015 Detroit Motor Show the 1500 EcoDiesel HFE model. The truck is described as a one of a fuel consumption leader and comes with a few exterior modifications and a great engine under the hood. 
 
On the outside, we see a more rugged front fascia, a silver skid plate and optionally, two recovery hooks. In addition, the car comes with LED infused headlights, a modified grille and an aluminum special wheels and tires. 
 
Under the hood, the new Ram 1500 EcoDiesel HFE comes with a 3.0-liter V6 EcoDiesel engine rated at 240 horsepower and 568 Nm peak of torque. As a result, the new Ram can return 21 mpg city / 29 mpg highway / 24 mpg combined.

“Fuel efficiency is at the top of truck buyers’ priorities and Ram is the recognized benchmark for the industry. Twenty-nine miles per gallon cuts through the clutter. Ram invested in powertrain technologies and those are paying real dividends in the wallets of our customers", said Ram Truck CEO Bob Hegbloom.
