Peugeot is expanding current 208 line-up with a special edition, launched first in France and then on other European markets.
Called Like, the special edition comes with new body colors, including Rouge Rubi, Noir Perla Nera, Bleu Virtuel, Gris Aluminium and Blanc Banquise. To further enhance the appeal of the small car, Peugeot uses white alloy wheels and contrasting details as mirrors and grille frame. The 208 Like badge will also be applied on the body.
The interior features white and blue colors, found on the gear lever, climate control zone and seat belts. The seats receive the same white and blue treatment and 208 Like embroiderry.
The equipment list includes tire pressure monitoring system, climate control, USB/AUX support, Pioneer sound system with headphones, cruise control (with speed limiter), electric windows, ABS, ESP and six airbags.
The new 208 Like Edition can be ordered with either the 1.0 Pure-tech petrol engine, either with the 1.4 diesel Hdi. Both will be mated to a 5 speed manual gearbox. In France, the new 208 Like will go on sale shortly, with a starting price of 10.490 euros.
