Opel Zafira Tourer will be offered with an EcoFlex version, powered by the already popular 1.6 CDTi engine.

The newly developed engine is offered in a detuned version, that only develops 120 hp, instead of 136 hp as its maximum potential.

Using a start-stop system offered as standard, a brake energy regeneration system and a recalibrated transmission, with longer ratio, Zafira Tourer manages to improve its average consumption and emissions.

The family car promises only 4.5 liter/100 kilometers and a CO2 emissions rating of just 119 g/km.

The most economic Zafira Tourer on the market can already be bought in Germany with a starting price of 26.850 euro.
