The Germans from Opel thought that packing more power into the Corsa OPC wouldn’t harm anyone. So they created the limited series Opel Corsa OPC Nurburgring Edition which features revised turbos and a modified engine management in order to raise the output from the 1.6-litre engine from 141 kW/192 hp to 154 kW/210 hp.

Maximum torque has also been raised from 250 Nm to 280 Nm when the overboost function is activated,  and as a result the small hatch is now able to sprint from 0 to 100 Km/h in 6.8 seconds and reach a top speed of 280 Km/h.

Other mechanical upgrades performed on the Opel Corsa OPC Nurburgring Edition include multi-plate limited-slip differential on the front axle, plus the car features a re-tuned chassis, a newly developed springs and dampers and a lightweight braking system from Brembo. Additionally the Corsa OPC Nurburgring Edition comes with re-calibrated ABS, Traction Control (TC) and the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) systems in order to keep things safe.
