After we were introduced to the facelifted Juke, we now meet its performance version. The 2015 Nissan Juke Nismo will addopt the same aesthetics and will be available on European market starting this fall.
The 2015 Nissan Juke Nismo starts at 27.450 euro and uses the 1.6-litre DIG-The engine that has been reworked to offer 218 hp, while torque in two-wheel drive/manual transmission versions is increased from 250Nm to 280Nm.
To cope with this power, the small crossover comes with a Limited Slip Differential on the front axle. A four-wheel drive version is also available starting at 30.250 euro.
To help stop the car, the Nismo division installed 320mm brake discs and painted the calipers in red.
"New Juke NISMO RS conforms exactly to the NISMO ethos, providing an instant performance feeling in a premium design inspired by our motorsport activities. The result is engaging, exciting and accessible," said Guillaume Cartier, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Nissan in Europe.
Nismo is the performance and motorsports division of Nissan Motor Company.
