Nissan announced the official prices for the 2015 Murano on the US market. The Japanese crossover will start at $29,560 USD and will have a love it or hate it design, with improved technology on board.
 
Scheduled to arrive in dealer showrooms on December 5th, the new generation Murano will be available in four trim levels – S, SV, SL and Platinum – and in a choice of front-wheel or all-wheel drive.
 
Engine 
 
The 2015 Murano comes with a standard 3.5-liter V6 petrol engine, rated at 260 horsepower and 240 lb-ft of torque and connected to a Xtronic transmission. Fuel economy has increased 20 percent combined city/highway mpg from the previous generation.
 
Safety Features  
 
The safety and security systems list include Around View Monitor (AVM) with Moving Object Detection (MOD), Blind Spot Warning (BSW), Predictive Forward Collision Warning (PFCW), Forward Emergency Braking (FEB) and Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA).
 
Technology
 
As we said, the technology list is long and includes NissanConnectSM with Navigation and Mobile Apps, 8-inch color display with multi-touch control, Around View Monitor, 8-way power driver’s seat with power lumbar support, SiriusXM Satellite Radio, Nissan Intelligent Key with Push Button Ignition, iPod interface, 11-speaker Bose premium audio system, and Bluetooth Hands-free Phone System.
