Six months after its severe skiing accident, Michael Scumacher is out of his inducted coma. The seven time Formula 1 world champion left the Grenoble hospital after recovering from the coma, but still in a difficult condition.
The press release announces that Schumacher ”will continue his long phase of rehabilitation. For the future we ask for understanding that his further rehabilitation will take place away from the public eye.”
This means it will take long months or even years for the German pilot to recover. With the help of the modern medicine, things could be hurried up, but Schumacher still has to overcome difficult trauma.
In the same press release, Schumacher officials told the media that Grenoble hospital did a good job and helped the pilot during his coma.
