Italy is a country where small, independent car makers wrote a few pages of history. Moretti Motor Company is one of them. The brand was created in 1925 and it managed to stay alive until mid-1980s.

One of the greatest models developed by Moretti was the 750 Grand Sport Berlinetta. The car was designed by the Giovanni Michelotti, the man who gave birth to the BMW 2002, Standard Triumph and Lancia Aprilia Coupe.

Brian Males, a Slovakian Automotive and Transport design student at Coventry University, has designed the Moretti EGS Concept. The prototype was developed to pay tribute to the classic 750 Grand Sport Berlinetta and represents a modern interpretation of a special car with some unique touches.
