At the Geneva Motor Show the French company Exagon Motors has unveiled the production version of the Furtive-eGT. The pre-production version was first displayed three years ago in Paris.
The production version of the all-electric sports coupe comes with 3.600 pounds (1.660 kg) and has two dual electric motors signed by Siemens, one for each wheel, that can deliver a total output of 395 hp and a constant torque of 510 Nm.
The power is put to the ground through the rear wheels with the help of a three speed automated gearbox developed by Exagon Motors.
According to the French manufacturer, Furtive-eGT can sprint from stand still to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds and the top speed was electronically limited to 250 km/h.
The motors are kept alive by a 500 pound (227 kg) 53 kWh lithium-ion battery set which can offer a range of up to around 360 km. The 2013 Furtive-eGT is priced at 388.000 Euros, equal to 500.000 USD.
