Mercedes unveiled today the new B-Class facelift. The 2015 MPV was subtly revised with new touches on the front and at the back.

Looking closely at the car we can see a more dynamic appearance, with a new bumper, wide radiator trim with two louvers and now integral daytime running lamps in the headlamps. The rear bumper has also been modified and now features a contoured covering and an additional chrome trim strip. On the options list you can find LED High Performance headlamps.

The interior is now more premium than in the old model, with 12 colours for the ambient lighting, new types of leather, aluminum and chromed elements. The most important change is the 8 inch screen on the dashboard and the revised instrument cluster.

The 2015 Mercedes B-Class will be offered with three new equipment lines: Style, Urban and AMG Line. Along with this, Mercedes will also offer new packages like Night, Exclusive, and AMG Exclusive.

The safety list was enhanced and now includes Collision Prevention Assist with autonomous partial braking to reduce the risk of rear-end collisions, and Attention Assist that operates within an extended speed range (60 – 200 km/h / 37 – 124 mph) and uses a five-stage bar display.

The engine range will include four diesel engines, four petrol engines and two models with alternative drive systems. Also available are the B 180 and B 180 CDI BlueEfficiency Editions. Thanks to the new B 200 CDI 4MATIC, the pleasure of all-wheel drive and safety now start at around 130 g CO2/km instead of over 150 g CO2/km (B 220 4MATIC) as previously.

In total there are now four models with all-wheel drive for improved traction, high driving stability and safe handling. The B 200 Natural Gas Drive and the B-Class Electric Drive are coming soon.
