McLaren has officially unveiled the all-new P1 GTR production model. As you may have read, this new track-only version is a tribute to the old F1 GTR and comes with an aggressive look and with a more powerful power train. 
 
Interior / Exterior
 
On the outside, we see new aerodynamic elements like splitters, spoilers and air ducts. There is a massive trunk spoiler and a roof air scoop. The interior has been stripped out in order to reduce weight and according to the British car manufacturer, the new McLaren P1 GTR is 50 kilograms (100 pounds) lighter than the street legal model. 

Engine
 
Under the hood, the V8 3.8 liter twin-turbo engine has been modified in order to deliver 800 horsepower, while the electric unit has received a new treatment to deliver 200 HP. As a result, the car has a total output of 1.000 HP and thanks to its new motorsport components it can do a lot of magic around a truck.

To stop the new P1 GTR, McLaren uses new disc rotors and brakes. According to the British car manufacturer, the car will begin some test sessions around the Silverstone. As you already know, the new McLaren P1 GTR will be officially unveiled during the 2015 Geneva Motor Show
