Another brand who decided to present their Geneva bound surprise before the car’s actual public premiere in the Swiss capital is Maserati.
The Italian company has published two photos with the new GranTurismo Sport, a model which will replace the GranTurismo S and which will be motivated by a 4.7-litre V8 engine producing 460 horsepower. This means we are talking about an output that has been increased by about 10 HP, and most likely 0 to 62 mph acceleration times quicker than 5 seconds (although the actual performance figures were not confirmed yet).
The Maserati GranTurismo Sport will also feature a few styling changes, with the most obvious updates applied to the front section which received headlights with the DRL Led technology and a new bumper with larger air intakes for better cooling.
The car also comes with new taillights and an interior refreshed through updates such as new seats and a new steering wheel.
