Lotus has unveiled today the all-new 2014 Elise S Cup R track-only model. "Adorned with the Lotus Motorsport magic," the new British model features an aerodynamic body kit.
It includes a new front splitter, modified side skirts, a more aggressive air diffuser and an astonishing rear wing. More than that, the 2014 Lotus Elise S Cup R model comes with tow hooks, a hardtop and a polycarbonate rear window. The exterior package ends with a 16 or 17 inch forget alloy set of wheels wrapped in Advan Neova AD07 LTS tires.
Inside the cockpit there is a quick release steering wheel, a HANS compatible racing seat and FIA-compliant roll cage.
Under the bonnet of the 2014 Lotus Elise S Cup R is a supercharged 1.8 liter 2ZR-FE four cylinder unit. The engine power is sent to the rear wheels via a six speed manual transmission. More than that, the British track model features a sport tuned suspension, high performance brakes and a triple-pass radiator.
The all-new 2014 Lotus Elise S Cup R weight only 924 kilograms and it will carry a price tag of £39,125.
