Big plans for Lexus at this year’ Paris Motor Show. Struggling to regain it’s leading position on the american market, and to keep up with it’s competitors in Europe, the japanese manufacturer announced that we will see a fresh new concept at the french auto salon. No details about the surprise, but Lexus promised us the whole mistery will be revealed on 17th of September.

Until then, many voices try to anticipate the concept. Some of them talk about a car that would announce the future IS, the medium sedan targeted at BMW 3 Series and Audi A4. The chance to see a small crossover, positioned under the current RX is also probably.

Along the mistery concept, Lexus is going to use Paris for showcasing a new version of the current LS. The limousine will get a sporty touch with the newly LS600h F-Sport.

Under the hood will see the same 5.0 liter V8, assisted by two electric motors. The total output reaches 444 hp, which allows the sedan to cover the 0-100 km/h in just 5.5 seconds. The maximum speed is a little bit modest, with only 209 km/h.
