The Lancia Stratos specs have just been released, so we can finally know what this one-off model that created a lot of buzz, is capable of.
As you know the Lancia Stratos is based on a shortened Ferrari 430 Scuderia chassis, but if you want the exact size, the car is 4.1 meters long, 1.9 meters wide and 1.2 meters high, it tips the scale at 1,247 Kg and its weight distribution is 44 percent at the front and 56 percent at the rear.
The engine fitted under the car’s carbon fyber body is a 4.3-litre V8 that outputs 540 HP and 500 Nm (369 lb-ft) of torque and if you do the math, this means a power to weight ratio of 2.3 Kg/HP.
In the 0 to 62 mph (0 to 100 Km/h) sprint the Lancia Stratos only needs 3.3 seconds, (0 to 200 Km/h in 9.7 seconds) while its top speed will be reduced to 274 Km/h (170 mph) as a new rear axle has been fitted that enabled faster acceleration times.
The full Lancia Stratos specs are also visible in the four photos added in the gallery below.
