You surely don’t expect to see only tuned Camaros at the 2011 SEMA Show this week, as Ford has also announced its intention of bringing four customised 2012 Mustangs in Las Vegas.
These project vehicles want to underline the fact that Ford’s pony car is extremely customizable, and if you want to experience that for yourself you can check out the www.ford.com/cars/mustang link where you can create your own virtual 2012 Mustang.
But let us get back to the four vehicles prepared for SEMA.
First up is the 2012 Ford Mustang by Forgiato Wheels which features three-piece 21 inch front wheels and 22 inch rear wheels, a widebody kit, a matte pearl silver paint finish and a Vortech supercharger for boosted performance.
These is also the 2012 Ford Mustang by Creations n’ Chrome which uses pray-on paint and carbon fiber components (hood, roof and trunk) to achieve its unique appearance, plus it is fitted with a roll cage, 18 inch forged wheels, a supercharger and various race inspired interior upgrades.
The third 2012 Mustag prepared for SEMA 2011 is the one created by MRT Performance. In this case the car is equipped with a ProCharger supercharger, a custom exhaust system, a performance coilover suspension from H&R and Sparco race seats.
The fourth car is the H&R Springs Mustang on which the highlights include a Flowmaster stainless steel exhaust system, an Edelbrock E-Force supercharger and the Pirelli P Zero tires. This Mustang has also been fitted with an H&R Springs Coil RSS sport suspension, front and rear sway bars and Triple C camber adjustment bolts.
