Abarth will showcase four unique models at this year’s Bologna Motor Show.
The main novelties will be the Abarh 595 Turismo and the 595 Competizione which will be heading for production and will address young buyers who want their cars to look extra sporty.
The 595 Turismo is characterized by a two-tone exterior finish (black and red), a set of 17 inch titanium-colored alloys, the Abarth logo displayed in various places and a two-tone interior that uses the same colours as the ones mentioned above.
The 595 Competizione features a special body colour called Grigio Record, sits on 17 inch 12 spoke design alloys, comes with Brembo brake callipers plus an interior that in this case has been enhanced through the usage of natural leather and Alcantara.
Both the Turismo and Competizione versions are powered by a 1.4-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged T-Jet engine which delivers 160 HP and 230 Nm of torque, and which enables 0 to 100 Km/h acceleration times of 7.4 seconds and top speeds of 211 Km/h.
The 595 Turismo uses an electrically-operated manual gearbox while the 595 Competizione is fitted with a five-speed manual transmission.
The third Fiat 500 based model to be showcased in Bologna will be the Abarth 695 Assetto Corse, a car designed for track usage which will be motivated by a 1.4-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged unit rated at 205 HP that is backed by a sequential transmission featuring a metal-ceramic twin-plate clutch.
The 695 Asseto Corse comes with a series of motorsport derives features such as a roll cage, performance brakes,  Lexan windows and a track tuned suspension.
Finally the fourth model is called the Abarth Punto Scorpione, and in this case were talking about a 180 HP 1.4-liter turbocharged MultiAir engine, 0 to 100 accelerations dove in 7.5 seconds and a top speed of 216 Km/h.
 
The Punto Scorpione comes with the Nero Scorpione body coating, black matt areas across the bonnet and the roof, black alloys again in 12 spoke design, and yellow brake callipers.
 
The list of interior enhancements comprises in this case of bucket seats covered with Alcantara,  contrasting yellow and red stitching, aluminium pedals, and leather across the steering wheel and instrument panel.
 
According to Abarth, the Punto Scorpione will be limited to only 99 exemplars.
